Ok here goes

about 2 inches down and 2 inches over from my port i have this 1 1/2 inch "Knot" that has come up...I dont know what it could be and my regualr doc says he thinks it could have been where i gave my self a b12 shot.... But that was 3 months ago...

So before I go back to the lap band dr I was wanting to know if anyone else has this problem...

Could be a hematoma. Nothing to freak about though. Just make sure you have your surgeon take a feel. Definition is below. I had the same problem and that is what they told me it was. It's shrinking on its own now.

Hematomas exist as bruises (ecchymosis), but can also develop in organs.There are two kinds, an intermuscular and intramuscular hematoma. Some hematomas form into welt-like formations that are hard to the touch. Such a formation is a sac of blood that the body creates to keep internal bleeding to a minimum. In most cases the sac of blood eventually dissolves, however, in some cases they may continue to grow or show no change. If the sac of blood does not disappear, then it may need to be surgically removed.
