Starting Pre-Op Diet Thursday

Anyone starting the pre-op diet on Thursday? I am doing some last minute shopping tomorrow to be ready to go Thursday morning. Planning on what I am going to bring with me to my mom's for Easter brunch so that I am prepared and stay on track.
