Medical Mutual Plus

Anyone have Med Mut Plus? If so, how have they been? What happens if your bmi is over 40 when you start but under 40 when you do your pre-op diets?

So far I've been told that Med Mut is looking for you to at least maintain or lose a couple of pounds. If you gain a bunch of weight they will see that you aren't serious, so if you are close to going under the bmi of 40, try to maintain.
