Hello All!!

Hi Everyone

I hope everyone is doing ok here..

I am down 18 lbs since 1.28.09 & I mentally feel like i am going no where. I am not sure why but feel like this. I am getting weighed today at 2pm with my surgeon's office. I will need a fill because i dont feel alot of restriction.In the morning I feel a little tight but thats it..I try not to eat and drink at the same time but its so hard...

Any suggestions?? I am in funk right now:tongue_smilie:
