medical billing codes for adjustments???

I have to call my insurance company to see if they are going to reimburse me for my adjustments, they paid for surgery but are not sure about the fills. I have to pay the surgeon in advance and then submit it to the insurance myself. Does anyone have the code for the adjustment with fluro? ~Mandy
