I know nothing.

I know nothing about the lapband more than the normal person that has done their research before they got the surgery or getting the surgery. The cool part about my deal is that I am sharing it for all the world to see. I am video blogging everyday and putting it on my site. People say they like it and that it is really funny but, to me it has been truly inspiring to keep going and trying to lose my weight. I am a 36 year old male with a wife and 4 kids. I weighed 445 when I decided enough was enough. I had surgery on Feb 5 and this wednesday I get my first fill. I know weigh 403. If you want to check out my site click on my name to the left and look me up, Today I rapped it was a blast. If you have any advice leave me a comment. I live stream on Fridays and am going to try to do it with my doctor soon.
