Dr. J. Garrison & Cigna

I'm considering the lapband (this is my 1st thread). My insurance is Cigna and the only dr in NJ that is in network is Dr. Garrison of Florham Park. Has anyone had the procedure by him? Can anyone give me any opinion on him. I've heard of 2 other dr's in the area that would be out of network, yet people were VERY happy with, so I would prefer to go with a good referral than my insurance (we all know how they can be). I appreciate any info.
