There used to be an indicator on posts made by the OP in a thread (I think it said Thread Starter, or something similar, in bold). Is that gone for good? I hope not; I found it very useful, especially in multi-page threads.

I was just about to ask this same question. I noticed that the "Thread Starter" designation stopped appearing during the last week. I miss it, too! As Marianne said, it is a useful addition to threads, especially longer ones.

go into the main page of any forum (such as Introductions or General Lap-Band Surgery Discussion) and you'll see a button called "New Thread" in the top left corner (to the left of the list of page numbers)
