December 30th 2008 - Surgery Date and Scared!

Hi All...

I'm scheduled for Lapband surgery on December 30th and and am now "second guessing" this decision after reading about the VERY slow weight loss being experienced by many of you. Ugh! I'm not looking for a miracle cure, however, I really was hoping that my weight loss would be significant and consistent.

Are there any of you out there who have had great results with consistent weight loss?

Are there any of you who regret having had the Lapband surgery? If so, why?
