Help Please!!! Tricare Insurance

Hi, my name is Tiffany and I'm new to this forum. I have a question about my insurance. I logged on to the Humana Military website and checked under referrals and authorizations. It said my referral for lapband was cancelled. Does anyone know what this means? I'm so confused:crying:! If you have any answers I would greatly appreciate them! Thanks-

    Calm down and call. I freaked right before my surgery because mine disappeared from the website, but it was fine.

    Ok, I called! They had to verify that my OHI had been cancelled. Hopefully everything is back on track now! Thanks!
