October 6 is the Day

By this time tomorrow I will be done w/step 1 in my journey. My hospital requires pre and post surgery classes and I found out this week that my insurance company will also pay the $1200 charge for this, so everything is covered.

Luckily my Dr only requires liquid diet 1 day before surgery and nothing after midnight tonight, except enough Water to take my blood pressure pill in the morning. He does require 2 weeks of clear liquid and then 2 more of "mushy" foods before you can move into softer foods.

I'll get my 1st fill of 2 cc in a month if all goes well. Watched the tape of Ann Wilson again this am, does anyone know if there is a part 2 yet? My tape shows part 1.
