1st fill no restriction

I'm not feeling restricted very much at all. When the dr. had me drink in the office after he finished with the fill I felt fine and no restriction at all, shouldn't I feel a little bit? I even asked him if he thought he should fill it a little more before I leave and he would not. After 5 wks his office scale says I've only lost 1lb. , I was hoping to see maybe 5lbs by now. What's happening?
