Has anyone used the Slendertone EMS belt to reduce their ABS/STOMACH/WAIST? Is it safe for lap band users? For those who do not know what EMS is (as I didn't when I first was introduced to the concept) it is a exercise system approved by the FDA that uses electronic pulses to contract musles which in turn helps you to reduce inches. I havn't tried it yet as I am a little wary since the belt goes right across my stomach.
