Flipped Port

I went for my first fill about two weeks ago and my doctor couldn't locate my band so he scheduled me for a fluoroscopic fill and when I went today for it he discovered that my port has flipped and is floating around. I was upset but now have calmed and would just like to know everyone else's experience with getting there band reattached because i really hope the recovery is easier than the surgery. Thanks for any information that can be offered :)!
