To receive approved or denied from Cigna??? I've only been waiting almost 10 days but it seems like a lifetime. I was just wondering how long it took others..:biggrin:

Once my claim was submitted I started calling. I didn't wait to hear back. :wink2: I would call and they would check to see if it has been received, then I called 2 days later and they told me it was denied, the doc re-sent some information in a different order :tongue2:and the decision was overturned and approved. In all it took about 5 days. Don't be afraid to call, just be sweet but firm.:wink:Good luck!
