Hi All.... I'm new to the board.

I was wondering if anyone had a 800 number for Cigna that isn't the recording? There's a number out there somewhere that goes directly to the authorization department but I can't find it.

I used the number on the back of my card and when they gave me the options I said "something else" then the option of pre-authorizations came up and I was put through to a rep. They always were very nice and helpful.

HOpe this helps. I was approved in about 5 days, I called them bunches!
