This might be a silly question but will my insurance cover the 6 mo. supervised diet w/ my PCP. If yes do I just pay my co-pay? :confused2:

Yes, just pay your co-pay each visit. Your doctor will log your height, then your weight each month for 6 months. I paid my 20.00 co-pay each time I went to the doctor. My insurance company required a written letter from my doctor saying that I had struggled with weight and tried different methods of losing weight over the years and he felt that the lapband would be a great tool to assist me in accomplishing my weight loss goal.

No question is silly. If I can help with any of your questions please don't hesitate to message me.

I wish you much success with your journey.
