support groups

Hello everyone,

I was looking to find a support group. I was banded in Feb 2008 and have yet to attend a group either before or after. Looking for some people I can speak with. Need help getting throuhg the tuff times. Don't know how I should be feeling, eating, exercising. My DR groups all have specific topics and not just general group settings. Plus they are way out of the way. I live in the Norwalk, Downey, Cerritos area in Southern, CA (L.A. County.) Just Norht of Orange County near Aneheim, CA.

If anyone can direct me in the right direction or is part of a group, I sure would appreciate the assistance.

Thank you everyone...240 before band 230 at band 200 now feeling great!
