I wanna cry...

Well just a tad bit ... but not much! I had my first fill ... Just got my 2nd 2day hoping that it's going to work! But I need some assistance from you VETS! I feel absolutely famished after I exercise ... I know this is normal. My doc explained it to me as a car and gas. If you run your car very fast and hard for a long period of time you will need more food I.E food ... ok I get that. But I feel like I am not eating enough or like I am not doing something right. I always push myself times 10 no matter what I do. But when it comes to this weight it's always been an issue. I dont know what the hell I should eat for breakfast. I still haven't found a good protein yet! And I am guessing that's what I really need. My pounds have stop falling I am now seeing inches come off. But I am curious also at what people are eating ... My bodybugg coach says I should have about 1550 calories a day. I have been staying in that relm ... As a matter of fact I dont think it's my eating I just wanna know when this damn fill is gonna start working?!!?!? I have my 3rd one April 28th ... I work out 3-4 days a week! I feel like if I had proper restriction I would freaking MELT! So ANY advice or assistance would be greatly appreciate. Thanks for your time! Lots of LOVE AND BLESSINGS APPLES!
