I have a quick question on the acronyms I am seeing here. What is PB, NSV and DH? There may be others but these seem to be recurring.

Go to Lap-Band Surgery FAQs and References, then look for the sticky "Abreviations and what they mean." This will answer all.

PB = productive burp (aka vomiting, or food coming back up out of your pouch)

DH = dear husband

NSV = non-scale victory (like going down a size in pants)
