I'm not sure, I helped my parents (TriCare) with their paperwork, but did not look at fills specifically. You could always call and ask. I don't know if fills have their own medical code - mine are coded as "office visit" -- so maybe ask about the maintenance.

I can't imagine that they wouldn't. I have had Tricare forever, and they really take care of you, as long as it isn't an excluded procedure. It may be hard for us at first, since we are the first Lapband cases they will be seeing, but I can't imagine them not covering it.

I pray they pay for fill in my life changing date is aug 17 and without fill in the surgery is in vain

I have Tricare Prime, and I've never paid for a fill. They're billed as "S2083 - Adjustment gastric band".
