fill doctors

I am having my lapband on Jan 29 and am calling drs and trying to find one to do a fill in my area. Did anyone have problems finding a fill dr.? I am having my surgery done in MI and live in Northern IL The drs I called want up to $400 just for new pts. If I have to drive up to MI to get a fill I can handle that.
