Almost ready for a fill!

I had my lap band placed on November 29, 2007 in Mexicali, Mexico. I am from Yakima, Washington and need to find a someone close to do the fills. I find that there are some surgeons that will not see other surgeons patients. I have the newer J&J brand band. Can anyone help?
