Having a child after surgery...

I had gastric sleeve surgery December of 2013. I weighed 420lbs when I started my journey. Never made it to onederland, I got close tho, around 203. Gained some weight back while working nights, I was almost back to 300lbs and this was around 2021. Decided to start eating bariatric foods and lost 50lbs but then hit a plateau. Went back to my surgeon who was extremely surprised to see me and told me about the weightloss shots, was prescribed them immediately and lost another 50 to 60lbs. I was finally down to 190lbs. I dont remember ever being that weight. Well with that number came a pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage, decided to try one more time and now I have my beautiful daughter. Pregnant in 23' had her in 24'. She's a year and 7 months old. While pregnant I gained 100lbs. Back up to 290lbs. I'm down to 240lbs but I want to lose the rest to be able to chase her around because she is on the move constantly. I was put back on the weightloss shots but they aren't doing anything so after probably a year of taking them ive decided to stop. They are just tearing up my bones. Was wondering if anyone has had this issue and what they've done to help get the weight off. Thank you in advance.
