Hello Everyone:
I read a thread that had a concern about a Holiday Party. I wasn't able to write this in time but I thought I might be able to help someone else this season.
I have been an event planner for 20 years and I just wanted everyone to know it is ok to ask for a special meal. Most places will grant any wish. If your company is large enough to have an event planner, contact them first but if not, call the restaurant or place your having the event and give them the details that they need, liquids, no dairy, only mushy, etc.
Once you sit down at your table, just tell the server you have the special meal and Enjoy! Thanks, Shawna
