Mashed Peas with Leeks Recipe

Just thought I'd share a good recipe for the early stages (and beyond) that I made the other night. I skipped the lemon and mint and used sweet petit peas and it turned out so delish! Even my 7 year old loved it. Peas have a pretty good amount of protein too.
