Any Vegetarians here?!

I am getting my Surgery soon in May if everything goes as planned!

In the mean time I was wondering if there are other Vegetarian WLS members who can guide me through or make suggestions for Post Op Diet especially in terms of protein and how they ate daily in the intial phase of their weight loss!
