Pain Killers-- advice?

I've read and heard that Bandsters should avoid NSAID painkillers, so the question is what painkillers are allowed? In particular, what happens when Tylenol isn't strong enough for periodic...er monthly pain (not caused by surgery itself)?

I'm seriously wondering how I'm going to survive that TOM without Advil or Aleve...:faint:
