Bariatric Advantage Multi EA for DS surgeries

My surgeon is recommending Bariatric Advantage brand vitamins, which are $38 on their web site, and $50 on Amazon.

Any thoughts on this, or any cheaper alternatives for duodenal switch surgeries? I don't want to cheap out on good vitamins, but if I need to take these for the next 30 years, $500-$600/yr starts to add up :)

Take the vitamin values off the Bariatric Advantage website and compare them to more generic and less costly vitamins. If you can find some that are really close in the RDA percentage you should be able you use those.

Look into the Vitalady list, tho even those will end up being $500+/year.

That is, unfortunately, one of the costs of having this surgery.
