Can't lay down to sleep

I have no pain when sitting up, walking, standing, doing household chores, showering, etc. Yet, I can't lay down in my bed or sofa to sleep. I have tried laying on my back and right side and there is a continual pain on my left side when I do so; therefore, laying on my left side is out of the question. Surgery was on 11/7/07. I had no complications and I have loss 25lbs. My beginning weight was 375lbs.

I saw my physician a few days ago and he did not seem concerned, but he is not the one sleeping in a recliner and a sore tail bone. My first fill in Dec. 11th and he is going to do an x-ray before the procedure to make sure my port has remained in place.

Anyone out there have a simular experience. I'm getting concerned something is not healing right.

Thanks, Mom of 6 :help:

Surgery date: 11/7 375lbs

11/24 350lbs.
