I load it from my PC then it shows up on the screen as if it is there then when I say save changes, I get this error message:

There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully.

I have resized the pic so it is actually smaller than the recommended size.

Any suggestions?
