Happy Thanksgiving!
Seriously though, I found a great pumpkin recipe. Each serving is 1.5 weight watcher points.
Wisk together one package of fat free/sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix with one can of evaporated skimmed milk. Place in the fridge for five minutes to soft set. Then beat in one 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin and one teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Spoon 1/2 cup portions into small bowls, cups or ramkins and top with 1-2 tablespoons of fat free whipped topping. Refridgerate for at least ten more minutes. The recipe makes six servings. It tastes exactly like pumpkin pie but it is much easier. I love it!
