North Carolina Bariatric Patients

Any one in North Carolina that has had it will be having WLS? Would love to connect with some local folks and share our journey. I recently had RNY Gastric Bypass on May 7, 3019.

Yes! There are a few of us. If you search "North Carolina". You will find a thread. I live in Raleigh and am 4 weeks out.

So I have a question is there anyone in the triangle or wake county area that is interested in a work out partner?

I was thinking maybe once or twice a week ( I know it is summer and people are on vacation).

At the moment my schedule is rather flexible.

I have thinking maybe about trying cross fit or some sort of organized group fitness class.

I have reached the point where I am looking a bit sharpei-ish. Flappy skin is starting to emerge.

Feel free to message me.
