Cramps and diarrhea

I am 4yr 2 months out from gastric.everything has been perfect until last Sunday. Dirrerra and cramps so bad feels like dumping. I call bar dr and nurse says not related to surgery.my surgeon moved out State so I found this dr in case something ever went wrong . Not sure reg MD treat many biatrick patients.went to clinic this am.this doc says no eat 48 hrs and drink only water. Anybody else have these cramps and diarrhea? This been going on since last Sunday 6 days.thanks

    I’m just over a year out from sleeve and I’ve had diarrhea since last Friday. I honestly think it’s just a bug at this point because I haven’t been eating anything differently.
