weight loss stopped

Hello everyone! I had a gastric sleeve in April 2015 - everything went well for a while but then the weight loss stopped! I am now gaining and it is scary. I lost about 40 pounds total but now have gained about 10. Any tips on how to get back to the loss again? I watch my intake and work hard at getting the protein in. Any thoughts, ideas or recommendations will help.

From what I've read, a small amount of regain after a few years is pretty normal. If you feel that the amount gained is outside of "normal" (I would say 5-10 lbs), then the first thing you need to do is write down everything you eat in a day. If you're not someone who wants to carry around a notebook all day, go ahead and find a note app on your phone and try tracking that way. Another question I would ask is: are you grazing all day, or are you having separate meals with one or two snacks during the day?
