I use the Bariatric chewables found through the BP store. Yes, they are pricey but it's a 1-shot deal. I hate swallowing pills so as much as I hate spending the money, it's one less hassle I have to deal with daily.

I've heard some people take Flinstones chewables - 2 a day I think to meet the daily need for post op patients.

Your daily vitamin requirement is very dependent on the type of surgery you had. So to adequately answer the question, you need to tell us what you had.
