Air pockets/gas 2 months post op

I’m about 2 months post op and I’m having the horrible gas pains out of nowhere again. Like the ones I had right after surgery. Feels like someone is squeezing my insides. I thought it was muscle spasms. I’m taking gas x and it does help but not for long. Anyone else have these issues?
