Oh so MAD!! Pls. Help

Hello everyone,

I have blue cross ppo right plan 40, I'm on California. I had my surgery on 9-19-07, I was approved with a letter for the lap band, my cost was to be 40% all good. Now, today 11-02-07, I received a letter from blue cross, saying that they are not going to cover my surgery. HELP!! what do I need to do?? Any help would be appreciated.
