VSG pouch reset

What’s up. I had the VSG 07/31/12. Started out at 317, and lowest weight was 174. Started to work out to bulk up to 195. I moved to Lafayette, Louisiana and as you know they love to cook. I’ve gone from 195 to 236 in a 2 1/2 year period. My question for y’all is have any of you gone through the VSG pouch reset? I want to get back to under 200 again.
