Hey guys! I haven't been on here in forever, but I'm just trying to see if anyone has had a pregnancy post op gastric sleeve, what your experience was, how much did you gain? Or, if you are pregnant, how are you currently feeling and how has your pregnancy been so far?
I'm 13.5 weeks. This will be my third baby, first since having the sleeve done. I'm 15 months post op, and it was a surprise. I was actually on the mirena IUD and got pregnant.. oops.. but things happen.
So far I have lost 4 lbs. I'm on prenatals, plus b12. I'm also on antibiotics my entire pregnancy because I've had two UTIs since getting pregnant and one kidney infection,not sure why... I also start mekena shots in a few weeks. (My daughter was preemie.) I was just wondering how everyone's pregnancies went post op, how was it different from previous if you had babies before the sleeve.
