Stage 2 Diet Help

Hi,

I am almost 3 weeks out of Gastric Bypass Surgery.

I am struggling with the blended food stage and was looking for some ideas on what I can eat. If I have Scrambled Egg at this stage does it need to be blended?

Thanks :D

My favorite puree-stage meal (though I hated that entire stage) was a few meatballs blended with marinara sauce, parmesan, spices, and protein powder. It was like eating the meat sauce left on the plate after spaghetti.

It shouldn't need blended.

Wasn't really fond of that stage but apple sauce was pretty awesome and chili.

My nutritionist said I could have egg salad, chicken salad and tuna salad. I'll live off of that for a week along with prison protein shakes. Don't think I'll be eating anything pureed.
