Long-Term Sleevers

Hi everyone. I'm set for VSG surgery on 5/10/18. If anyone is willing to share, I'd like to hear from those who were sleeved 5+ years ago. What do you do to maintain your weight loss? Conversely, if you gained some/all of it back, what words of wisdom would you like to share? Thanks in advance.
