Dr. Crookes at USC

I was wondering if anyone had Dr. Crookes for Lap Band? I live in Orange County and well my doctor refered me to go to USC for Lap Band in LA and was refered to Dr. Crookes. I have checked online for more information on him and they seem positive but not alot.... So im asking here...like

Does he help you get your testing and paper work done fast to insurance??

Helpful in working with you after surgery?

and?? Is he expensive?? I'm on a limited budget and well... some are like 15-17k and then jump up to 20-25k. I know my insurance will cover most of it (80%) but still 20% is alot for someone that single and not large income.

Thanks all...
