I'm 26 years old weighing in at 346lbs currently. This week i was approved by my insurance to have the sleeve done. I am VERY excited about the procedure. Dr. Garth Davis and his staff have been very very helpful on getting me to the point where i am now. i will be starting my 2 week pre-op diet on March 12,2018. I'm a little concerned about not being able to "eat" anything if that makes any sense, as its all liquids. i have been looking in the forums and a lot of people recommend sugar free popsicles which i will definitely will be purchasing. i am very happy to see so many different results here and now i feel a bit anxious to go through the journey myself. Any tips/tricks or anything useful for the pre-op diet?
thanks in advance !
