Help with Skin Issues

Now that I've lost a good deal of weight I have the inevitable skin folds that come along with it... My main issue right now is with my lower tummy/overhang. It's really not that bad and doesn't cause issues normally but lately I have been having some problems with irritation and rashes. I've mainly been just keeping it super clean and dry all the time and using gold bond powder when it seems to be getting extra irritated. Is there something else people have had success with that I should be trying? It's not looking like skin surgery is in the cards any time soon so I need to come up with something to cope for now.

I'm pre-op but I have a history of these irritations. One thing that helps me, but may be a little on the TMI side, is to make sure my underwear is between the folds... so that there is fabric to protect the skin.

The best thing you can do besides constantly note the problem with you dr is diaper rash cream like A&D you smear it on and it acts as a moisture barrier. It is that moisture that is causing the problem.
