February Sleeve

I’ve always been embarrassed to speak about my struggles at support group meetings. Hopefully I can change this and be there for others after the surgery. It’s nice to see this app and how supportive we can be. My surgery (sleeve) is scheduled for Feb 21st and the nerves are starting to kick in lol. I have my pre-op appointment Jan 23 and not looking forward to this liquid diet, but hey it is what it is! How are you guys holding up? Any advice?
