Insurance coverage question

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know if your insurance is covering 100% (Aetna) or any others. Was it really or did you have to come out of pocket? I’ve only had to pay pre op copays. Tia

Hey I have 1199 too. Do they require 3 months nutritional visits or 6?

1199 is the insurance my job provides. It's a union job.
