woohoo I got my approval from BC/BS of NJ today. It took less then a week!! I thought I was going to be in for lots of back and forth but nope my dr office called and said all was approved I just have to call my insurance tmrw and veryify the number with them. :whoo:

Congrats, I love seeing all the BCBS approvals, we haven't started with anythign yet as husbands employer is switching us to BC/BS, andall these approvals give me hope that I will get approved as well.

the only thing I can suggest is starting the 6 months of doctor supervised diet now. I am not sure if the insurance actually requires it but I did it just to be on the safe side while I was still considering all of my options.
