Finally Got my Approval!

I got delayed several months for factors that I won't go in to, but I got my surgery date and will be having gastric bypass done on Feb 1st! I feel so relieved that after months of back and forth with my health insurance, they have finally given me the all clear and I have a date on the books!

I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous, getting surgery of any kind done is always scary! (I mean who likes anesthesia!?) But I at least feel good knowing that this will be a wonderful tool in my weight loss arsenal. I have never been an average sized adult so I am not even going to know what to do with myself!!! Walk in Target and buy clothes off the rack? ME???:blink::blink::blink::blink:

That is great news! I’m nervous too. My date is February 6th. Our insurance doesn’t cover anything so I have to self pay. I keep asking myself if I’m worth it lol
