Reflux? Sleeved 10/17

I was wondering if anyone is having reflux issues? I am on protonix 40 mg twice a day and I have been taking antacids in between. My throat burns all the time. Worse after I eat or while laying down. The dr said they (my insurance) will not pay for EGD until after 6 months because of the healing process. I have a huge list of things I can not have, and have been following it. I am still getting it. Guess I need to call my dr. ☹️
